Package 1- Barn Basics - $3900.00

  • CEREMONY VENUE: Two locations: The Northwest corner of “The Barn” exterior surroundings and the Southside Hayfield local. Serenely situated against native Floridian foliage. Entrance to the aisle is through beautifully constructed wood doors, opening into the seating area, and leading to the rustic altar setting which includes a Cross.
  • SEATING in CEREMONY VENUE: Seating is designed to give the best visual appeal for each person attending the ceremony. Additional chairs can be added if needed. Cloth covered hay bales are available with an upcharge.
  • PARKING: Parking is plentiful; however, is limited to only the “parking lot” area.
  • RECEPTION VENUE: This is “The Barn!” Amenities included in “The Barn” are:
    • Air Conditioning & Heating of ENTIRE BARN including bathrooms
    • Round & rectangular tables seating 8 to 10 (need linens) (provided linens included as an upcharge)
    • Seating to accommodate all guests
    • Air conditioned and heated men’s & ladies’ bathroom/dressing rooms (available from 12-noon day of event until end of event that day). Each bathroom includes a special-needs stall.
    • String white lighting through the inside & outside
    • Room enough for a dance floor
    • Large front and rear entrance doors; north and south sides have two entrance and exit doors each
    • Food & beverage designated areas including 2 – 8ft. banquet tables, counter, and sink
    • Cake table- includes cake cutting and serving.
    • Antique hay rake surrounded by wood crates with flowers and wood pallet commemorating the event
    • Fire pit: Wood provided by client (owner provides wood at an upcharge)
    • Guest sign in table for guestbook, card box, gifts, etc.
    • Assorted photo shoot sites in and outside of "The Barn" (i.e. wooden doors, picture frames, mirrors, and assorted photo backdrops)
    • Covered outdoor lean-to with cloth covered hay bales, flowers, greenery, and lights for pictures
    • Lots of rustic décor.
  • REHEARSAL the night before: 2 hours set aside for the wedding rehearsal. At this time, final plans can be discussed with the Event Coordinator.
  • SETUP & CLEAN UP:  Table & chair placement, trash receptacles and trash removal by staff are included in the set up. Party is responsible for preferred table and personalized decorations. Party may begin setup the day of the event at 8:00am (unless prior arrangements are made with the owners)
  • EVENT COORDINATOR:  To discuss & advise you on your wedding plans; to assist setup of event (i.e. table/chair placement, cake/dessert tables, decorations as planned between wedding party and coordinator) Coordinator is NOT responsible for food, drink, officiant, photographer, flowers, cake, or music.
  • STAFF ATTENDANCE: Staff will be present at all events from beginning to end to assure that your event goes as smoothly as possible. Law enforcement will also be in attendance as a security measure.

Our Martin’s Outdoor Country-Rustic Package may be the one for you.

Starting at $1900.00, you too can have cherished memories of that dream wedding.

What does the Martin’s Outdoor Country-Rustic Package include:

  • Barn Front for setup of tables and chairs to 100 guests (additional tables and chairs can be added at an upcharge) Tables must have coverings. Table clothes provided at an upcharge.
  • Ceremony Site – Wedding couple may use the Ceremony Site on premise or the Front Entrance to The BARN to commence with the vows.
  • Table and Chair setup for 100 guests
  • Caterer & Bar Table Setup – extra 3 tables included for catering and bar needs
  • Ladies and Gents Bathrooms – Climate Controlled for guest services; also comes with dressing area for Bride & Groom, Bride’s maids and Grooms’ men
  • Decorative Light Package – Beautiful string lighting stretching out from the BARN to give a delicate air to the reception area.
  • Firepit – must bring your own wood; No Pine Please!
  • Assorted Outside Photo Sites – Couples and their guests may use any of the photo shoot sites located outside of the BARN.
  • DJ or Band is allowed; however, noise level must be kept to a minimum as the DJ or Band will be setup outside of The BARN.
  • Clean-up – Responsibility of the Client.

This package, as well as the others, must follow the same regulations, procedures, and rules as discussed in the contract meeting.

To secure the date, a $500.00 Security Deposit is required, a signed contract, and a payment plan set up with The Barn at Martin Farms, through owner Cathy Martin.

Rules and Procedures and Contact Requirement (not in entirety)

  • $500 Security Deposit - Holds the date and is part of total cost
  • $500 Refundable Damage Deposit - refunded within 2 weeks after event as long as there is no damage to any of the property belonging to or associated with the BARN at Martin Farms.
  • DJ or Band must be set up in BARN
  • Bar operation is scheduled with one of the BARN's vendors / Client must have Liquor Liability Insurance!
  • Operating Hours: Sun - Thur: 8AM to 10PM / Friday & Saturday: 8AM to 11PM
  • EVENT INSURANCE: Client must provide $1,000,000 Event insurance with Hubert & Cathy Martin as co-insurers 
  • NO Sparklers, NO Pyrotechnics, NO Fireworks, NO Candles, NO SMOKING, No open flames except in containers with flames no more than 2 inches below the container.
  • PARKING in designated areas only.
  • GUEST'S BEHAVIOR: Clients are responsible for their guests behavior. Inappropriate behavior can end in person being asked to leave, or EVENT being stopped without refund.
